Information Apartamentos Leganitos

The Leganitos Apartments are located right in the centre of Madrid, a few steps away from the many cinemas, theatres, shops and restaurants on Gran Vía. The shop and shopping centre area of Callao and Preciados is just 3 minutes from Apartamentos Leganitos.

Some of Madrid’s emblematic places, which are less than 10 minutes on foot from the Leganitos Apartments, are the Royal Palace, the Senate, the Sabatini Gardens, the Royal Theatre, Callao, the Almudena Cathedral, Campo del Moro, Plaza Mayor, Princesa Street, Plaza de España, the Academy of Fine Arts and shopping centres such as El Corte Inglés and FNAC.

Up to five metro lines stop near the apartments. You can go anywhere in Madrid using these lines. Renfe’s commuter train station Príncipe Pío is about 15-20 minutes on foot from Apartamentos Leganitos. How to get here by public transport

From Atocha train station: Take the metro Line 1 from Atocha Renfe to Tribunal. Then change to Line 10 to Plaza de España (around 15-20 minutes)

From Barajas Airport: Take the metro Line 8 from the airport terminal to Nuevos Ministerios. Change to line 10 to Plaza de España (around 45-60 minutes).

Access to Leganitos Apartments:
The Leganitos Apartments are located on Calle Leganitos, within the Madrid Central area, created by the City Council of Madrid. If you come to our street with your own vehicle, in order to avoid fines, please bear in mind that you need to park in one of the public car parks located in the Madrid Central area (Parking Isabel la Católica, Parking Plaza de las Descalzas or Parking San Bernardo) so that they can report your number plate to the City Council of Madrid.

* Only electric and hybrid cars (0 and ECO label) without needing to report number plates. Eco vehicles can park for up to 2 hours on the street or in public or private car parks without restrictions.

* The Leganitos Apartments will not be responsible for said fines.

* The restrictions in Madrid Central apply regardless of the pollution situation; if there is high pollution, the hotel will not be held responsible for possible infringements. It is the driver’s responsibility to be informed of the contamination situation and road permits.

Pets: Not allowed
Cleaning service: Every 7 days, for stays of 8 nights or more. The extra cleaning service and change of sheets entails a cost of €20 for 1-2 people and €30 for 3-4 people (*this service has to be requested one day in advance).

Smoking is not allowed

Apartamentos Leganitos may apply special surcharges and cancellation policies to bookings of 3 or more rooms.

Tickets of 200 or 500 euro are not allowed.

The total reservation must be paid at check-in.

Pre-authorizations are made, this is a blocking of the first night's money in the customer's account to verify that the credit or debit card is not fraudulent. This block will be canceled when the client physically gives us the credit card and the full reservation is charged at check-in.

Deposit of €150 which will be refunded within 48 hours of checking out of the apartment.

Due to the current situation, and until further notice, some hotel facilities remain closed. We are at your disposal if you have any question.
